Jayson Castro: PBA Player of the Week

Jayson Castro was named the PBA Press Corps Player of the Week for the third time in the Governors' Cup after he led the TNT KaTropa to the No. 1 seed in the conference.

Nicknamed "The Blur," the 5-foot-8 Castro is the first player to win the weekly citation three times in the season-ending conference.
Castro powered TNT to a 104-92 victory over Barangay Ginebra last Sunday in Biñan, Laguna, scoring 19 points to go along with 10 assists and four rebounds.

He has registered 10 or more assists four times already this conference, and averages 7.91 assists, the top mark in the league. -abs-cbn.com
