Gilas 5.0 bows out of FIBA Asia Challenge with blowout loss to Jordan

Gilas 5.0, comprised of collegiate standouts formerly of the cadets team, finished its first high-level tournament with a 1-4 record.

Marksman Von Pessumal finally had a breakthrough, sizzling for 30 points on 9 triples after he went scoreless in the first 4 games and missed all 11 of his previous field goal attempts.
